Due to the massive destruction by the hurricane, our Internet has been inoperative for several days.
Most likely the damage to the wiring and it's supporting pole in the photo is not related to the outage.
But since this pole is off the highway and hidden behind houses, I wanted to let Spectrum to know about it.
At my local Spectrum store, I showed the photo to a friendly and knowledgeable representative. She agreed that a service call should be scheduled.
A technician will be at my house tomorrow.”

Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry. “Ive been with straight talk for years then just didn’t have a phone number for years. Wanted to say abbi was an amazing person, who helped us in all kinds of ways. She’s a great sales woman! And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would.
