“We were about to leave spectrum because of daily outages. Call spectrum was useless because we kept getting bots. Finally we got a human who arranged a service call for the next day. It took the technician, Josh, an hour or two to discover and fix the problems even climbing a utility pole. Today the system is error free. Thank you Josh. Our advice is to keep calling until you get a human and hope you get a tech like Josh.”
“Alexis helped me when she didn't have to nor did I know I needed help. I wasn't happy with that store at the time either, I still like that store. But she is fantastic. Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry.
