Thank you so much David for not rejecting us for our color, we went to get help from ROB and he said they were all out of gold iPhones, could care less what else we wanted to do, and said David could help us. We waited for David, and the whole time Rob was helping other people that was not the same color as us, anyways we get with David and he pulls us out a Gold iPhone 12 and helped us with the whole process. He was really sweet and fun to work with . I give it 5 stars because overall of that, it was still a great experience David gave us . THANK YOU AGAIN DAVID we won’t forget this !!!”

“This place was great. One of the best T-Mobile experiences I've had. I went in about an issue with my old Samsung S8 phone, and Brett very patiently informed me what we likely going on with it and my options. He even mentioned a few things T-Mobile service members at locations in the past hadn't or said wasn't possible, like being able to trade my phone in for a good discount towards a new one, with its front still intact. Was told in the past that it couldn't be traded in due to damage on the back. I was EXTREMELY relieved to hear this from Brett, and it encouraged me to go ahead and get a new phone, which I did.Throughout the rest of that day and over the next few days, he, Tony, Kaden (*sp), and others at that location continued to be very helpful and patient as I kept coming back for various reasons -- neither of which was their fault. They even helped make smooth the process of my changing phones after realizing the one I bought was too big!They were all very nice, helpful, professional, and flexible throughout, which made it a very pleasant transaction overall.For any at that location who sees this, thank you again!! And hope we won't see each other again anytime soon! ?”

“Service really slow because of lack of customer service rep. Once I got to the rep, he was knowledgeable on the specific cell phones I was interested in. The sale they had on the Google Pixel 8 pro was phenomenal and the service rate of $29 for talk text and surf was awesome. I just wish they had more of the product. I didn't get the phone I "really" wanted because it was back ordered, but I got a good bargain on a phone that had excellent reviews. I can't wait to get it in the mail. I also like that they had a feature for standard signature before receiving my product to make sure they delivered it to the correct place. All in all it was an o.k. day at Spectrum, I walked away a happy customer regardless of the long wait!”
