The owners are good people and maintain the facilities well. I can definitely recommend Apple Country Storage to anyone who needs short or long term storage, as I have done both. The hours of access are reasonable and navigating around other people has never been an issue for me.”

I got a call from one staff who noticed I had emptied my unit and ask if I was still using and offered to go ahead and close my billing account if I was done with it. This was incredibly helpful for me since I just didn't feel like I had the time to close it myself and was just expecting to just get charged for an empty unit before getting around to it.”

“This is by far the absolute best company to help you with your move. They do everything for you! They will come pack up all your things VERY neat, safe, and labeled. They will unload everything for you and even put furniture back together for you! And they do it all so quickly and professionally!! Justin is amazing & does it all! Including making sure everything is labeled, in the correct boxes, and before a box can leave the house he writes it down so they know where everything is. Thank you so much for the “free for a day”, Moving van, blankets & dolly, too. It was all much needed & so very helpful, for our move in! We moved from 2 units at another Storage facility, in the area, to 2 units with Morningstar- for a better overall situation in every way (the area is paved, cameras everywhere, security codes to entry doors & gates, “tight humidity & climate control”, restrooms,24-7 access, all ground level- & no need for elevators (a plus) & staff are available in the on-site office, to answer questions, or take a look at your unit, during business hours. The moving van was clean/ in good working order, drove well, and very useful. (I reserved it 3 weeks prior, for the day I needed it,& they told me in advance, this was necessary, in order to get it, the day I needed it). Thanks you all!
