“I recently visited the New Balance Factory Store in Asheville and I have to say, it was a great shopping experience. The product was excellent, and they included matching screws in a tiny bag, plus two-sided positioning tape on the back of the plaque, all in a cushioned bag. They went above and beyond on a little purchase doing everything correctly, and then some--just impressive behavior.”

“We had my daughter's birthday party here, easy to pay for, all of our gift cards and arcade cards were ready to go when we checked in. The food was delicious! Pizzas, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders all very good. The two guys behind the food counter were amazing, brought out our food, made sure we had our drinks topped off, plates napkins etc. Sarah at the front desk was great as well, despite being understaffed they all did a wonderful job! Highly recommend having kids parties here.”

“Love the clothes. Did not love the chaos. Went for Fathers day. My lady told me they had a great sale. I was able to find two shirts I absolutely love. ( after rummaging through several racks that had been picked through thoroughly.) Not my idea of a good time. The staff were overwhelmed, however friendly. (Note to self. Don't go on Fathers day!)”

“This was the first time in about 10 years I've stepped foot inside of a bowling alley and I was there to visit someone else I love it I mean this place probably hadn't been renovated in 54 years I mean the nostalgic feeling I got there were people in bowling leagues that were there I absolutely loved it They had an arcade that's been a little bit updated snack bar I mean beer to be honest there was more people there than I expected honestly I have to get this place a four and I was literally about to give it a five-star review I just didn't want to mislead anybody but if you're looking for a bowling alley I really why wouldn't you go here You know what I mean if you're looking for something new up to date refreshing you don't want to come here This is for the OG's the bowling enthusiast just the OG I don't know really how to explain it it's just old-timer. But you have fun bring the family enjoy yourself.”

“The first experience was AWFUL! I went in to buy an exercise bike around 6:30 PM on Sunday, and they close at 7 PM. The nice lady at the register asked for some assistance and another female got on the radio and said “ she had to wait until 630 to get an exercise bike”. She said it with enough attitude that it upset me and I walked out of the store that day. Mind you, the bike was in a box already packed up and ready to go.Before I left I asked if they priced matched items from Academy or Dick’s Sporting Goods and they said they did. I also asked them if coupons can stack with a price match and they said yes. Again, I was upset by the comment made over the radio so I left.I went back this evening to get an exercise bike and was immediately helped by Steven! He is the only reason I am giving this a 4/5 stars. He informed me that they did not actually price match unless the item was available in store, and by that time, four days after I originally tried to purchase the bike, the item was sold out in stores.He deeply apologize for the behavior of the other employee and honored the price match. He even helped me load the bike into my truck. He is the only reason I would ever consider shopping there again.Thank you Steven for the wonderful customer service!”
