“Chuck, from Billy's Wrecker and Battery Service is an absolute gem! I overheated on the Saluda grade on I-26 (note to self: avoid this stretch of highway in the future) and called the Highway Patrol and Billy's (via AAA). I was towing a camper and pulled onto the narrow shoulder. I didn't have to wait long, which is good, because it was not a safe place to be stuck with two kids. Not being local, I had no idea what garage to take my truck to on a Sunday, no idea what I was going to do with the camper, and no idea if I would make it to my intended destination. Chuck recommended a couple of garages, and one of them agreed to check out my truck. Then he offered to tow my camper to the campground where I had reservations, so I could continue my plans while I waited for my truck repair. He towed both the truck and camper off the highway and then called for another truck to hitch the camper to while my truck was taken to the garage. If you get stuck in the Hendersonville, NC area, call Billy's. They respond quickly, they are competent and friendly, and they care about the people they help.”

“5 Stars! The guys at Roger's took a little extra time on my ATS4 Turbo Caddy, but they were honest and found a second issue that they also fixed and only added a few bucks to the initial estimate. I highly recommend them. The dealer would have charged me 3 times what they did. Great work and very honest!.”
“We had a very unusual situation where a semi tractor trailer mistakenly pulled into our very steep and narrow mountain driveway while attempting to deliver 5 thousand pounds of tile to our neighbor.
The truck driver was unable to back out of our driveway and called Dalton’s for help.
The two men from Dalton’s were very professional and careful not to cause any damage to our property.
They did an amazing job and we are very thankful to them.

“I found some rare interior parts that I needed to restore my 1987 Jeep Comanche at this salvage yard, which happened to have an '87 like mine. Because of COVID, it took a couple of months for me to make the trip from Alabama, but it was well worth the seven-hour drive. The owner was very considerate of my commute, and when I finally made it up, he even remembered me inquiring about the truck on the phone from two months earlier. He was also true to the prices he quoted me on the phone. His staff was friendly and took pride in their work. I don't understand the negative comments about this business. I would give it 10 stars if I could.Service: Vehicle recycling”
“Awesome folks! I had a flat tire on my dump truck on a Saturday, and they took really great care of me. They didn't have my size tire in stock, 24.5, but Audrey (very kind lady at the desk) lent me their shop truck to go get my spare tire from home. They knew I was in a time crunch since I was working on the I-26 project. Julius was the technician doing the work, and he was very accommodating and went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!!”

“Excellent service! when I first arrived, the attendant was very friendly, but she said it would be at least an hour before they could do my inspection because they had so many ahead of me. The next thing I knew it was done. I may have waited 10 minutes unbelievable! Apparently the mechanic assisted with the inspection so they worked together to make it happen, five stars!”
