“My car broke down up in Saluda NC and had to leave it overnight. Told them I live in Hickory and if they could drop it off at my house. That’s an hour and 30 min drive and they done it! Friendly and good communication. On top of that really fair price and quick with picking and dropping off!! I highly recommend if you need any towing assistance!”

“I recently had an appointment scheduled to replace the CV axles on my Kia. When my car began experiencing unexpected issues a week prior, I contacted the shop to request an earlier assessment. They were able to accommodate my request and efficiently addressed both the axle replacement and replaced the oil, and their pricing was transparent and reasonable. The mechanic provided clear explanations of the issues and the work performed, ensuring I was well-informed throughout the process. Notably, I felt respected and valued as a customer, a refreshing change from previous experiences at other shops. I highly recommend this shop for their expertise and customer service.”
“Luigi is amazing, I got lost and he stayed on the phone to give me exact directions. Luigi is the new owner, older bad reviews are from the owner before. Great prices, brought it to the car. Just a note, it is cash only, nearest ATM is less than a mile and a half away.”

“We were visiting from out of state and the brakes went out on our truck Friday evening. Gutierrez Automotive returned our call after hours, fixed the breaks Saturday morning and even arranged to pick us up and bring us back to their shop. I would highly recommend this auto shop.”
