“We worked with Jerry and Brent to buy a car recently and had a great experience with both. They were informative, respectful, and welcoming and helped us to get the perfect car for our family. Following a poor experience at another dealer beforehand, it was very relieving to work with these two. Fields will be the first place we look for cars in the future.
Editing to add: When we came to finalize the deal/payment, we needed to bring our little one (one year old) and all of the staff were so sweet to him and understanding of us having to get up now and then with him to get some wiggles out around the waiting area. “Rickman's really helped me out!! After I locked the doors to keep them out, bears had torn the handles off all four doors, so I had to crawl in through the back. I couldn't get in without leaving a window down and the insurance shop said it would be 6 weeks and take a week. Rickman's ordered the parts, got me in the next week, and did the job in an hour. “When did looking for a part for my Car The description of the part I gave the gentleman was very vague, He went to the back for a few minutes and then came to me with a diagram of the braking system, so I will be able to point to the part that I needed. Unfortunately, the part is no longer manufactured, but he gave me the part number and the size of the bolt that I needed. Which was great.”

“My scraped-up car bumper looks like new now -- and Ryan is such a nice guy -- and he is so good at this work -- and he charges fair prices. Really, you couldn't ask for a better option. Unfortunately, his body shop on Riverside Drive in Asheville got flooded during Helene. But he has figured out a way forward by going mobile. So now he works out of the back of a beautiful Tundra which holds all the cool tools he likes to use to get the job done. In my case, he replaced the scraped-up fog light section on my front bumper and then beautifully smoothed out the chewed-up bumper itself and then painted it with the correct paint from the manufacturer to blend totally with the rest of my car. And he did this all while my car sat in its usual parking spot in front of my house. In other words, apart from being mad at myself for messing up my car bumper in the first place, the whole process was a delight from start to finish! Just be patient and keep texting -- because he is in demand!”
