“I went in to check my battery because I recently needed a jump. There was a lot of corrosion and I was hoping that all would go well A gentleman named Greg came over to help and immediately tested my battery and spent a lot of time explaining and answering questions. He cleaned the corrosion and gave me a good report!! NO CHARGE!! Greg is truly a gentleman and I will return there if I need a battery in the future.”

“I needed a cat built in a project car but couldn't bring them the whole car. I brought in a test pipe to model the cat build off of.It was explained that I could be coming back if it didn't line up nd I would be charged again. - no issue there, I'm the party taking the biggest risk.Somehow, some way the pros at Budget Mufflers got it SPOT ON.If you are indecisive about who to visit for exhaust repairs these are the guys, they are quick efficient honest and professional.”

“Huge shout out to Mountain Power Performance, Alexis Giese and his guys and gals.After two shops and one of which was just tossing parts at it (on 3rd turbo within 6 months) I reached out to Alexis and he never batted an eye to correctly diagnose the issues at hand and get my truck straightened out. “O'Reilly is always my first stop for auto parts. They are professional in every sense of the word. They are highly knowledgeable about their products.The reason they are first on my list is that several years ago I needed a part for a 4 wheel drive truck. Everywhere I tried before O'Reilly's said that the particular part I wanted couldn't be obtained and that I would have to spend over 300.00 and get a whole unit which had my part in it.When I finally went to O'Reilly's they told me they could get my part I wanted, have it there in 2 days and that it would only be 80.00. Needless to say in 48 hours I had part in hand.Thank you O'Reilly's”

“See update below. I would normally give the AutoZone (Store # 4628) in Candler, NC a high rating, but not after today's (23 Dec 23) experience. I went in with the make, model, year and VIN# of the car I need parts for. I even had the OEM part #s listed. The older gray haired/gray bearded employee ("manager") looked at the list. He typed some stuff in and showed me the screen, which showed nothing. He then asked me for the AutoZone part #s. I asked him why I would have the AutoZone part #s if I came in for the AutoZone part #s and price. He showed me the screen again, which showed me nothing at all. What I was being shown on the screen was categories of parts. He pointed at the screen and said, "Look. None of your parts are showing up." He made no attempt to select sub-categories. I honestly felt like he was intentionally not helping me for whatever reason. Really odd and uncalled for. The attitude and lack of customer service was pretty immature and unprofessional. Stay away!Update: I went in the next day and spoke to another "manager" who said there were quite a few complaints against the other employee and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call one of the two phone #s listed on a sheet of paper on the window. He also informed me that he and the other employee are not managers. The store has no GSM or managers, according to him.9 Jan 24- I went from a 1 star review to a 4 star review (no 5 star because AutoZone is accountable for their employees) because I appreciate that AutoZone management (Jordan- District Manager) took an interest in righting a wrong. This is one of very few times I've seen action taken on a review. I truly appreciate it. I also appreciate the "new" store manager following up with me. Setting the example!”

“I want to let ppl know that from 4 different auto parts stores in Candler all with in few miles Napa guys are TRUE profecionals. Most of the guys that work there been there for a while. I think it's an important reason. Because all others I been to it seems that Everytime I went there was a new person in training. It means more time to get what u need and more chances to get something wrong. Prices vary but mostly difference is not big. And they often have needed part in stock.”
