“Ordered tires online, made an appointment online. Very easy process. Got to the store earlier than the appointment time, was greeted and told they would get to my vehicle soon. Everyone was very nice. Technician came and talked to me about the tires. Got home and noticed that one tire was very low with air. Called the store and told them. The guy said I could come back but the store closed in 20 minutes,(I live 35 minutes away) or I could come in the morning. I explained that this was my main transportation. The guy put me on hold came back and said they would wait past closing for me. I got back. Jose and Mike were patiently waiting for me. They quickly diagnosed that it was the valve stem. They replaced it in record time, and were very polite and professional. Keep these guys DT!”
