“We are Canadians touring the Blue Ridge Parkway when the right front brake caliper ceased on our Jeep. These folks were kind enough to take on the job repairing our brakes immediately. They also took it upon themselves to store our roof mounted Kayak during the repair so the Jeep would fit on their hoist. Repair completed in a timely manor and job well done. Can't thank these folks enough!”

“Jim & company really helped me out during my visit to Asheville. I trailered my motorcycle from Texas, and needed trailer repairs after the drive. Custom Exhaust was able to weld in some reinforcement that should last the life of the trailer. They did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They really helped me out and saved my bacon. “I brought my car in around 11 in the morning. I got a call back from the mechanic maybe 20 minutes after I drop the car off. The mechanic was very detailed and his explanation. I was able to pick my car up the same day and the mechanic found a a problem with my brakes made an adjustment for free. with my brakes. Made an adjustment for free and advise me to add advise me To keep in mind that I have 10% of brake lining left on the one we all that was affected by an interference problem. Very professional.”

“While Traveling back home to Garner (outside Raleigh)from Bryson City our battery light came on. I Immediately called my mechanic who told me to find an autozone and have the alternator tested. We got to the Auto zone and it was a bad Alternator our Mechanic advised us that we needed to replace it immediately and to find a local shop. So I asked for a referral from autozone, And they recommended mountain view. Which was right down the street walking distance as my van was acting Possessed and lost complete power as we coasted in the parking lot in front of a bay. The fit us in timely and Wayne even drove to the honda dealership as I only wanted to use honda parts. You can imagine how stressed I was about this whole situation and the unexpected cost I had not plan on spending. But Mountain view was professional and Courteous to me in a very stressful situation. They were done in about 3 hours or less we actually got an uber to go explore the outlets to take our mind off of it while they were working on it. But I want to thank Mountain view for saving our day and getting us home safely. I don't think I said thank you but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving the day! I highly recommend this shop.”

“We were coming from Elizabeth city to Brevard today for camp. Our church bus blew an inside rear tire. We called and they said it might be three hours, and we told them that’s fine but if they could come sooner, we had 19 kids and we were trying to get to camp. They showed up in 20 minutes and in less than an hour we had a new tire back on and the other five tires checked. Greg was there roadside assistance man and he did a great job.”
“I had a nasty screw in the rear driver side tire, on the top of the tire, so still useable if patched. Got it the day before, inflated it to get to the house, and in the morning had to drive to a tire shop. Found Diaz Tire Shop and saw that it opened relatively early at 830 am. Found a man there sweeping the inside of the business. He was already open. I'm not sure if he was the owner, and didn't get his name. But after a few minutes, he lifted the car, got the tire out, examined it, brought it out to let me know he didn't see interior damage (since it had been driven with low PSI at some point before we had discovered the nail), and said he could repair it. He repaired it in 15 minutes or so, and then put it back on. I was done relatively quickly, maybe in 45 mins overall. The price was decent. I was very thankful to be back on the road with a working tire. Thank you Diaz Tire Shop!”

“Got a tire plug here after a nasty puncture close to the edge of the tread. The guys were able to get me in right away (even though they were pretty full). They fixed it in less than 5 minutes for $20 and sent me on my way. Nice guys good service!”
“I was early to my appointment, and they got me in quickly and done ahead of schedule. The cabin air filter was shown to me in the waiting room so that I could authorize it being changed. It was not only scheduled time to change it but it was very dirty.”

Bruce was wonderful, got my tires ordered and delivered that day, and then fit me in for an appointment at 4. The price was very reasonable and the waiting room couch was super comfortable! I also appreciated that he turned my car around for me so I wouldn't have to back out blindly so close to the busy road. I will be coming here from now on for all my car needs!!”
