“they have no power to resolve my complaint . none on the cust care line or the local branch. all I wanted was to be able to access my tractions past 30 days ago. and for someone to be able to access my at fsb and to be able to stop a auto deduction from taking place on my account for which I didn't give the organization in question permission to do so. I needed to be able to take care of this procedure by phone because I am disabled. Bank of America never had trouble with this type of problem.Never! BoA Never had any problems with taking care of my account by phone or computer! NEVER!”

“Like most banks buildings today big, mult-level with grand entrances. Another trend is more than just a multiple lane drive-through like PNC. Kind of like self- checkout in stores, the only reason to go inside of a bank in 15 or 20 years will be to get help with a technical issue, the A.I (Artificial Intelligence) with do most everything else. Parking is the real issue for now 2023. It is squeezed in-between Dairy-Queen and a strip center, plus it is elevated above the HWY. Remember to take it slow with caution. Pulling in off the road, even a normal vehicle would probably bottom out.”
