I told them I wanted paperless when I signed up, and then they sent me paper docs and charged me $12 a month for them. I didn't realize it until 6 months in, that they were taking my money right out of my account. I talked to Mitch who has reversed the charges.

I would recommend First Citizens Bank to anyone. They give great customer service... The wait time is never very long at all and they treat all their customers the same.
