“It Doesn't matter what I go to this store for I am almost instantly asked by an employee if they can help me. My husband needed a very expensive chip key made and Mickey made it but it wouldn't work so the manager made another and it wouldn't work again. Finally realized later the machine needed work so they recut it a 3rd time and it worked great. Never charged for the 1st and they were willing to try until it was cut right. Bruce gives great gardening advice. They know their plumbing, and electrical knowledge and will even help you find just the right 50 cent screw. The cashiers are nice the rewards program is awesome and the popcorn is tasty. I'll pay a little more than Lowes for the quality of care and knowledgeable staff. In todays day or cookie cutter items with poor quality and even poorer customer service Ace has it in spades!!! The Neil's”
