“I'd say this is definitely the most organized Goodwill I've ever been to. Being that it's one of the largest I've been to, it helps with not feeling as claustrophobic as some others. The staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable.”
“Great place to come with kids. We packed lunches and ate them outside on the picnic table. They can walk around on the paths and learn about the beautiful birds. You can tell the employees and volunteers know a lot about and care deeply for their feathered friends. Love that there is an avian hospital/rehabilitation next door.Chaperoned a field trip there that was fun as well. Plenty of room”
“This was our first time tree shopping and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Perfect variation of sizes if you’re wanting a tree on the smaller side. The gentleman welcomed us as soon as we entered and was so patient while explaining the process. Definitely recommend!”

“This place is full of fine Americans - current/former members of the Armed Forces and volunteers alike!
A few things to know before you go:
1. They are located on the second floor above the fast food kinda places.
2. Unlike a lot of other USO locations they are not a 24-hour operation.
3. A little on the small side but the way their space is divided up it seems to work.”

“What could be better, a non profit supporting the Catawba river, (Catawba River Keepers) serving beers from breweries on the the Catawba river, plus wine, and cocktails. The bar is in an incredibly beautiful historic textile mill building in Macadenville overlooking the water.”

“Having a veteran father who deals with PTSD SHF has been so good for him! My dad Sam Spencer looks forward every week coming and riding the horses. He loves the staff and tells other veterans who suffer with PTSD about you all! Thank you for making him smile and helping him with his PTSD!! “One of my favorite GW in this area. I always find good items on the racks and they are rarely marked real high. They have good selection of shoes as well. I have not found a lot of hard goods here but clothing, shoes & purses are usually great. Last time I found an authentic Fendi wallet.”
“I like to browse the store to see what catches my eye. Not really a place you can count on something being there that you are looking for. The sections are well labeled and organized. The items are fairly clean.The prices on most items are decent.”

“I'm not gonna lie, when I first walked in I thought I was working behind the scenes seeing all the customers next to the giant bins of clothing and their own large clothes bins. Unfortunately for me, I was looking for more ceramics and unusual knick knacks and was greatly disappointed to see that only the left wall was for those items and very few were actually there.
If you're looking for clothes this Goodwill is great, but if you're looking for knick knacks, ceramics, or glassware this is not the place to be.”
“I called due to covid my power bill has got way behind they are trying to help me and my family the best they can and I don't know where I would be without them”
“just a heads up, this is very confusing on Google maps. There is a "second editions" here, and a donation center, but there is not a regular goodwill store in this building.”
