“As a contractor in the Charlotte metro area. This supplier is by far the best. Their customer service is 2nd to NO other supplier in the area!! From the time you walk into the place the store layout is spacious, parts aren’t stacked on top of each other, the staff there is great to deal with. Very personable people and if you are in a hurry they understand that and can get you in and out in a jiffy as well. Store manager is a great guy to deal with as well. They will open up at times they are normally closed if needed!! Most places charge extra just to do that. They have the techs in mind when they are at work, I can go on and on about this place. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of work we do out of this store as well. I have been dealing with this place for about 4 years or so and have nothing but great things to say. Even if there is a mistake on the order, they are willing to do whatever they can to make it right ASAP!!”

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”
“I dropped my Wright Stander off on Monday late in the day for a tune-up to be ready for the coming season. In the past, it has taken several weeks and sometimes months for my machine to come back. This week, it was ready by Friday morning... less than 4 days!.Cora and Kelcey provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. They both took the time throughout the week to call me and keep me informed on the progress. “The bearded guy, Ashley, needs a raise and a promotion. I've been there several times over the last few days, and he is the only helpful person in the store. I've witnessed him with other customers, and he helped me solve a plumbing issue even though he is not a plumbing expert. Sad that Lowes doesn't hire more experts anymore and seems to only be hiring kids who don't care if they help you or not.”

“A big thank you to Franco who helped me find a heavy duty garage door slide bolt lock a couple of weeks ago! Two other employees suggested I try looking at a different store. One suggested Northern Hydraulics. But not Franco! He looked it up online and then personally walked me accross the store to find the exact item I needed, there on the shelf. He then suggested I check out in the back with Micheal, who was more than happy to help me with several larger items that would have been difficult for me to maneuver at the front self check out kiosks. This store is fortunate to have Franco and Micheal working there!”
