We already had an idea of what we wanted and she respectfully listened. However, and this is the best part, she took our ideas and immediately improved upon them. It was her knowledge and experience that took our ideas and turned them into the perfect decorative solution. We worked closely with her to make all the final decisions, and it turned out so well that we asked her to do some additional window treatments. Her professionalism also extended through to the installation process, and we are extremely happy with the results. Professional help is never inexpensive, but Ludmila's pricing was very reasonable given her level of personal involvement.”

“I had a bad experience where movers lost the screws to my bedroom set. I had purchased the bedroom set from Tavares at House To Home Furnishings last year. I was not sure what I was going to do but I went to see Tavares there and he ordered the hardware pack for my bedroom set and had one of his staff come assemble my bed and dresser and mirror. Not only did Tre’ assemble my bed, he arranged my bedroom set in the perfect way. I was so happy and excited to finally have my bed back after waiting a month as I did not have the idea to go to Tavares for a couple of weeks after the movers left my room in complete disarray. Shipping Doors are the front of warehouse while receiving is at the back. I don’t know if overnight parking is allowed.”

If I place an order Thursday about 12 o’clock noon normally it’s on my doorstep by Saturday which is over and above excellent service. on chance there is a problem with something, breakage, a quick phone call to one of the girls in the office. Everything‘s taken care of immediately. Another example of excellent service!! I will continue to use them.”
