“Darrell (from Matthews Towing and Automotive) met me and my daughter earlier in the week to tow our vehicle. It was a cold and rainy night on a busy street in Charlotte. He was so nice, kind and respectful. He called a couple of times (during rush hour) to let us know how far away he was and to ask exactly where we were. When you car has died in the road and you are sitting there in the cold wondering how long it's going to take, that means a lot. He also called to notify us once the car was dropped off.
