“Last week, I brought a bracelet and ring to be repaired and he gave me price quotes on both items. I picked them up today. Jason did an excellent repair job and even fixed the catch on the bracelet that I didn't notice. He showed me a bracelet he had in stock because it matched my taste in the bracelet I brought in to be repaired. I liked it so much, I bought it. He does quality work, is very personable and his prices are reasonable. A big plus is that his shop is close to where I live. I highly recommend Whitewater Diamonds.”

You need to go to their Pineville location or just go at the lower level there is a booth that repairs your watch and changes your watch's battery.The person inside this store is friendly and nice.Let's support our local stores so they don't go out of business.”

“This location has a great merchandise along with friendly customer service. I have been a patron with Cash America pawn for over 7 years with great service in the Triad area. I will Suggest that reps at this location be more consistent with appraising merchandise. I got a loan for 180$ my first time, 170$ the second, and only 105$ for the third loan. Coincidentally, I went to another location within 10 miles and was offered more for the same exact item. The rep at this location did tell me that my item had some wear but I was under the impression that because of my consistency with paying my loan i would Be offered the same if not more for a loan. Nonetheless I will continue to utilize your services .”

“All I can say is dad your son needs to learn more communication skills and selling skills. I really love my grills but I just didn’t like the way he handled business if he knew better he would do better other than the great work. I waisted so much time n gas listening to him telling me today at 2pm ur grillz would be done in 5 minutes. So I waited to 4pm to give extra time to get right, hell I even said I’llCome get it tomorrow but he Insisted to come on that it will be done. Again my boyfriend waited 30 minutes.”
