“I came by National Pawn and Jewelry in Gastonia to check out what they had (instruments etc) and it’s a great store! Several really low priced Clarinets and Saxes ($50 Clarinets and $150 Alto Saxes - Vito’s!). Way lower than the local Music stores - for Marching Band these are perfect!Good selections of tools and Jewelry (gorgeous diamond engagement ring for $800) and friendly employees. Stacy helped me and she was excellent.”
“Great family owned business and very trustworthy! I have been going to them for years. My husband had my engagement and wedding band custom made here by David. They always were so kind when we would come in for a good cleaning, resizing, and even first repair on my prongs 19 years later, so I would not lose my diamond. The pricing is fair and they are always so kind! I don't let anyone else work on my wedding ring. It is always them and worth traveling in from time to time for their help. Great place and great people!”

Recently I had my ring cut off and was so upset about it, walked in and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get it fixed, browsing through his shop I also needed new wedding bands and he came back with the perfect bands for my ring! “This is one of the best pawn shop I’ve been to. I bought a mower. Very nice and clean. The guy was super kind enough to help me put it in my car. When I got home little did I know I had to wait 30 mins before use to let it settle. So I mowed and then white smoke everywhere. So I called them and he was SUPER kind and patient and explained how it works and later that day it worked!!! He even was smiling and talkative not just ok buy and get out type of personality. Will be going back to get other things from them.”

“This location has a great merchandise along with friendly customer service. I have been a patron with Cash America pawn for over 7 years with great service in the Triad area. I will Suggest that reps at this location be more consistent with appraising merchandise. I got a loan for 180$ my first time, 170$ the second, and only 105$ for the third loan. Coincidentally, I went to another location within 10 miles and was offered more for the same exact item. The rep at this location did tell me that my item had some wear but I was under the impression that because of my consistency with paying my loan i would Be offered the same if not more for a loan. Nonetheless I will continue to utilize your services .”
