I went into to the same boost store today to try again and another boost employee assisted me today. His name is Angel and this man went above and beyond to assist me with my service transfer. “I went to this store to sort out an issue I was having with my cell phone. Salan came over to help me out He was great and even stayed late to help me get it sorted out but unfortunately we were unable to get it fixed that night. The next day I came in and Angelica came to help she also was great to work with. Both of them was very polite and even apologized about the mix up that wasn't even their fault. We were able to get the issue sorted out in the end. I really appreciated the help of Salan and Angelica. Their customer service is top notch. If your heading to the store I recommend asking for Salan or Angelica.”
