I have no Wi-Fi at home, and Tristian was exemplary in resolving my dilemma of reaching the owner of the company I work for, and also getting the map up on my phone so I could reach my destination for a dog walk… I was also able to reach the client, thanks to Tristian !! New to the area and needed help with an account transfer from one carrier to another. 2 gentleman were able to help me out one name was David the other was Gabriel. Probably the best costumer services and interaction I’ve had far as cell phones related issues. great help navigating the issue I had. Considering there was only 2 of them working at time I was there and they had multiple people to help they did an amazing job! Overall great experience!!”

“I would like to commend an employee at your Pineville store. I had spent hours on the phone with two different agents the two days before I decided to just go to your store and speak face to face with someone. I was thoroughly confused when I went in the store. This was my last-ditch effort to open accounts with AT&T.
I was waiting at the front door when the store opened. I immediately met a young man named Javier. (Sorry, I don’t know his last name.) He assured me that he was there to help and that we would take one step at a time until he figured out exactly what I needed in terns of cell service and WiFi. And that’s exactly what he did. I’m glad to say that I’m happily connected at a fair price and enjoying my NYT puzzles once again.
