“This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!”

for a previous job. The packages were taped to be shipped. When I get to the store, Katara had to unpack 3 boxes to scan the bar codes under the computers. During the lengthy process,Ketara was so patient and professional. I just wanted to acknowledge Katara's excellent customer service, which is a rarity these days.”

From the date of shipment your company did a superior job keeping us informed and setting up a delivery time that worked around our schedules. Your driver Eddie Trusdale was polite, professional and one heck of a guy helping us get his massive truck down our driveway for us to get the pole onto another truck. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time getting to know Eddie. Thank you for your excellent service all the way around.”

“UPS at 4400 yorkmont is not a distribution site they don't process packages there. We only get the packages from the plane everything is processed at the hub off of Graham street to be processed and taken to airport to fly”

She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”
