“As a consumer I had to find a solution for returning a large item that I ordered that was damaged and fortunately I found Craters and Freighters. I spoke to Sam and she handled everything start to finish. When she was out of the office she still checked email and text messages and had Rick the owner/manager handle everything else and he was great too. Sam went above and beyond and she offered to have them pick up the oversized item ASAP even though it wouldn't be scheduled for production until the following week or longer depending on how long it took me to handle everything else related to the return. The staff that picked up the item were very nice and helpful too and even offered to dispose of the original damaged crate for me. She also offered to print and scan all documents and even helped me complete them. Since this was an international shipment this was a lot more involved and Sam was knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and they were not even the shipping company and only provided the crating yet Sam assisted me with the shipping paperwork too.”

“We had a flag pole 25’ ordered for my husband for Fathers Day. From the date of shipment your company did a superior job keeping us informed and setting up a delivery time that worked around our schedules. Your driver Eddie Trusdale was polite, professional and one heck of a guy helping us get his massive truck down our driveway for us to get the pole onto another truck. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time getting to know Eddie. Thank you for your excellent service all the way around.”

“UPS at 4400 yorkmont is not a distribution site they don't process packages there. We only get the packages from the plane everything is processed at the hub off of Graham street to be processed and taken to airport to fly”

“I’m writing this review to appreciate a remarkable service I received from Najeir Brown at this service center. I went to this location very upset because I had visited this same location to pickup my package in the morning and I was lied to. This package had been showing on the tracking as been held at this location for over 24hrs. I met a lady who told me to go home and that my package was already on the delivery truck and WILL be delivered to me today. I waited at home and even cancelled my dental appointment so I could receive my package, which never came. I called the customer service number and was told the package was still in the warehouse and was never out for delivery, meaning, the the lady in the morning lied to me. Najeir after hearing my complain and seeing my frustration, asked me for the details and promised to help. It was 7:25pm and he found both packages. He did this with smiles, regardless of the fact that it was past the closing time. He went above and beyond. We need more of Najeir at this location.”
