They were able to provide us with several appliance packages that would suit our customers’ needs well, including excellent pricing and availability. We have had a solid point of contact since we began working together (Anita is always responsive and helpful) and have never had an issue with delivery/installation (which they also offer). Queen City is the easy choice for all our appliance needs.”

“Drivers if you have to use the dock on the street by the school all I can say is if I did it in the dark you can do it in the daylight. It ain't easy. ?Guy who loaded me at 0600 was the bomb digity. And YES I blind side backed that truck and trailer in that dock in the dark.So I don't want to hear nothing about you not being able to get it in there.#Womendrivetruckstoo”
“Pickup is on the other side of the building from where GPS takes you. You don't find that out until you check in and they direct you around the other side of the building. Not terrible but could be a better system. Other than that it beats having to go to an actual store. Trust me, you'd rather come here than go to a store for anything.”
“Receiving closes at 2pmDelivering to Jason’s 5 pallets!Something went wrong with comunication on my broker part and I showed up late! 1h late.Manager was so helpful, he saved me lots of problems with second stop as this was partial. He could say no and go home but he unloaded me in like 15 min!Thank you for your understanding.Lots of space to park and looked like overnight my be allowed. I think they start receiving at 2am.”
“Good customer service but unpredictable hours. I've purchased here in the past, but this Friday, I called twice at 4pm and stopped by at 4:25. The lights are on but no one answers the door.Update: I've posted to Google to suggest editing the Friday hours to close at 4pm. Management should update the rest.Update #2: Thanks for the quick reply! Holiday weekend, makes sense. I'll plan further ahead next time. Upgrading this to 5 stars.”
“This is for the truck drivers plenty of room to turn, back, twist whatever. They are strict on appointment times, however if your early they will load you if the load is ready and if your running late they do work with you overall a great all around you place park on the sides of the hill and go in to check in by the docks or in the main glass door entrance at the top of the hill on the left. They do offer overnight parking in the back and allow you to drop your trailer to eat if need be. Hope this helps someone”
