“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had a crib that had been in storage for 15 years and had to re-assemble it. They helped us by sending all of the necessary assembly screws and bolts since we didn’t have them. The crib is like new and glad we can use it for the newer generation of babies.”
“The Morganton store where I originally purchased my appliance is temporarily closed, so I'm doing a review here instead. I bought a range from Queen City 3 years ago. It broke over a month ago, and I've been getting the absolute run around from the extended service contract company. I got in touch with Queen City, and Cianna (who originally sold me the range) was on it in about 10 minutes with a phone call, replacement options, etc.
Feel free to see my review of New Leaf Services Contract if you want to know my experience with them (bad!), but Queen City itself is fantastic.”
“For truckers. Come at your appointment time because there is no staging area to park. No overnight parking. A bit difficult to backup especially during rush hour as you need to block all lanes in both directions. Pleasant staff and unloading/loading depend on your load(skidded or floored)”

“Checked in got door right away , I will say be patient here a lot of traffic with their local drivers and their yard dog moving trailers around , and it’s pretty tight getting into docks because not to much room from dock to trailers dropped along the fence in front of you but manageable”

“First time at this location. Be aware that GPS (Garmin) may route you to a non-entrance, but the signage is clear once you’re in the area. Stop at the designated line/sign to check in, you can't miss it.
Staff at the desk were very professional, and check-in was lightning quick. I received my dock assignment and was loaded in under 30 minutes - couldn’t ask for a smoother experience.

“This facility is the only one I would order from when it comes to A Main. They received my order in the morning boom sent same day. California received an order and sipped on their coffees for 3 days before moving a finger while also being 3+ hours behind NC which received the order same day.
ALWAYS order from the NC location they understand the meaning of doing your job.”

“I always leave feeling like I got good value for my money. It’s my go-to place to stock up on everyday essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and facial tissues because buying them in bulk ends up saving me money.
The gas is another reason I keep coming back. It’s usually one of the best values around, and I’ve always felt like the quality is good for the price.
The food has also been very consistent. The ribeye is always good, and I regularly buy fruit, vegetables and cheese. The avocados are one of my favorite purchases because they almost always ripen perfectly.
I’ve also noticed that appliances are usually priced better than at many other stores. One of my favorite things is just walking through the aisles because there’s always something new to find. They rotate their inventory often, so every visit feels a little different, and I almost always end up finding something I wasn’t expecting.”
