Ironically I discovered this as I prepared to write a review regarding the stellar service that we always received in our dealings with Mr. Reynolds. We're kinda newbies with building our credit history, and Wes has always been patient, kind, and evidenced really good follow-up. “I have banked at this location for 15 years. Have never had a problem with staff they have always been courteous. Sure I have had an occasional check held for several days per the bank policy. Every bank has that requirement they have to protect themselves from theft! I have a feeling that the people that have left negative reviews are angry because they didn't get what they wanted and want to blame the bank for it. Wouldn't go any other place!”

“I'm new to the area, needed a new bank account, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Dominic, he helped me to open new accounts, explained every service available to me, answered all my questions about how to get my funds wired from my old account in NY, even helped me to download and set up the app on my phone! I had to return the next day for some additional questions and was helped by another outstanding employee by the name of Heather, she was terrific, this bank gives great customer service, they're patient and kind, i would recommend this establishment to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy bank!”

“Never ever had any problems with this branch. I stopped by today to withdraw money and on a whim I went into Lacey Starnes office to ask a question about my Money Market account. I was very impressed with this young lady, she is very knowledgeable about banking products and services. She effectively communicated what I wanted to know. She was super nice, super patient and a pleasure to talk to.
Also, the Tellers have always been nice and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going to this location.”
