“My husband and I have been banking here for 5+ years. We have our personal accounts, business accounts, car loan and a credit card with them. Always the best service. This branch in particular is our favorite. All the staff has been good to us and Martha Jackson the manager is just an absolute pleasure and sunshine to deal with. Thank you guys so much. Its so hard to find a good place to bank with amazing customer service. I wish more people thought to leave good reviews instead of bad. A+”

“Never ever had any problems with this branch. I stopped by today to withdraw money and on a whim I went into Lacey Starnes office to ask a question about my Money Market account. I was very impressed with this young lady, she is very knowledgeable about banking products and services. She effectively communicated what I wanted to know. She was super nice, super patient and a pleasure to talk to.
Also, the Tellers have always been nice and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going to this location.”
“I didn’t know what to expect since you can’t call ahead to get a real person at the branch on the phone. But I walked in for my 9am appointment to the door being held for me, genuine smiles, and then Kristen? made immediate eye contact and helped get me situated. Brayden T was very professional and knew exactly what to do to change my name and merge accounts. Pain free. It’s nice to work with real people vs computers. I will say, make sure when you make an appointment online that you follow through all the screens until you get a confirmation number and a name of a person you’re meeting with! I think I didn’t finish the process and just got lucky that they squeezed me in. I felt very taken care of thank you.”

“Gina gave us the best service of just about any business I've ever experienced. The computer and printer at the bank was being ridiculous and it took an hour to get our new account setup, but she stayed about half an hour after closing with us to get it done, trying everything to help us. Everything still didn't work by then and we still needed to sign a document, and she literally drove to our house after 8 PM after she finally got the printer to print the document so we could sign. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I told her to not trouble herself but she insisted on doing this for us. The bank came to me instead of making me come to them. Thank you, Gina.”
