“These guys are a first class company. We ran out of propane in between the ice storm and the next snow storm which meant we had no emergency heat. On a wing and a prayer, I called and asked if they could help me - and deliver by the end of the week. They did even better - they had someone out within two hours. The driver educated me on how everything worked and was just an awesome guy.
About a month later, the driver was at our neighbors and just decided to stop by to see if we needed to be refilled. It just so happened that the RV parked on our property also needed some. He topped both of us up.
These guys are responsive, nice, and genuinely want to help their customers.”

“Called about making sure I had enough to get through the storm and they told me I was at 56% of 100 gallons. Since I've only every used 85 gallons in an entire year, I was shocked. I asked the lady on the phone if it was possible when they installed the new monitor they created a leak and she said I now have to pay $150 for them to come verify there is no leak since it's a recorded line. I'm seriously considering switching companies depending on how this turns out. It's ridiculous that asking a question costs me money. WHAT A RACQUET, might report to BBB and FTC if they follow through and charge me.
Update: Just had the most thorough and common sense explanation from the district customer care manager. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and how she reassured me no bogus visit would occur. I was only looking for peace of mind and understanding and I had to wait a bit but it was well worth it. Changing to 5 stars. I'll only call her from now on. Hopefully she's still here in 5 years when I make my next call. Customer service as it should be... gold standard. Thanks again.”
