“I have lived here for 7 years and it's been a wonderful experience. The office staff and maintenance are all great. Minimal wear and tear issues over the 7 year period but whenever I put in a request, they complete it immediately and are always kind and respectful. Can't recommend highly enough!”
“I do not live here but am trying to find a place in Winston Salem. I don't know anything about these apartments but I do know these ARE NOT the apartments associated with Kimberly Jennings. Take that into consideration before looking at any reviews from the past month or so. People are not doing their research and potentially affecting the livelihood of people working at these apartments. Sedgefield Gardens in Greensboro is where the incident occurred.”

“This place is amazing! The price point is very fair and the accommodations are awesome! Best part about this place is the girls in the office and the manger Megan. So welcoming, professional, and go out of their way for their residents ! I am happy to call the comet home. If you are thinking about becoming a resident do it! I promise you want be disappointed ?”
