“I've been a member of Charlotte Metro CU, now Skyla, since 1994, and have always received great customer service in any branch I've visited. Several months ago I noticed they have a branch in Kings Mountain across from the post office. I stopped by to inquire about a car loan, and there were no loan officers there that day. But the 3 tellers were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and suggested a way I could proceed with a slightly complicated car purchase. I returned a few weeks ago without an appointment and spoke with a loan officer, Meka, who was friendly and professional. Yesterday we were able to finalize my car loan paperwork and I couldn't be more pleased with the process and outcome. Everyone I interacted with at this branch has been professional and friendly, there are no long lines, and I'm glad there is a branch close to where I live so I don't have to venture into Charlotte. I went to the branch to get some things done in person. Was I glad I did!
A ten minute issue, turned into a 45 minute visit. For the good! Prudia Gasson was just a joy!! We had such a great conversation and she is truly a great person. Very friendly and good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and took care of everything that I needed done.
After walking out of her office, I needed to see a teller. It was the same wonderful experience. The gentleman was kind and courteous. He took care of me right away.
Even a fellow customer greeted me and said hello! Happy customers in this branch!!!
Cudos to the whole staff and especially Miss Gasson!!

“The people who work at this bank are excellent to deal with, this branch specifically is very impressive. I drove to the 2 other locations to cash a check that came from their bank & received no help or guidance to how to move forward until I finally drove to this location. It felt like such a completely different establishment. I applaud this bank in this location & strongly suggest avoiding the other two locations (Main Street & the Shelby location) they waste your time & enjoy the power the get from being as unhelpful as possible.Save your time, gas & just stick with this location when dealing with Alliance Bank & Trust!”

“Trinity was amazing! I had a nightmare trying to recover bank statements from a closed account that I needed to confirm some expenses for Business related purposes. Trinity spent multiple times with me on the phone solve my problem after getting the runaround about 10 times from other people. She took the initiative and called me back at your stating she would call me back, which just doesn’t happen often, from my experience, in corporate businesses. I’d also like to mention that every at the branch was super nice! Keep it up!”

“I will say from my 20 years of experience with Wells Fargo. This is definitely the best Wells Fargo in Gaston County. I have always been treated respectfully and cheerfully and the entire staff here is over the top. They should send someone to their Belmont Abbie office to re-train Belmonts employees to have manners and respect the customers at the Belmont location because it’s terrible over there. I finally had to pull all my savings over $300K due falling interest rates from 5% to less than .005%
I had to make the switch from Wells Fargo to Truist banking.”
