“I I had an amazing experience at this FNB branch in Greenville, NC, on Red Banks Road, a little after lunchtime. I’m from one of the states where this organization started its business with the public, and I’ve visited many different branches. This one, by far, tops all others I’ve been to.
As I walked in, I was greeted by a very clean, beautifully decorated, and bright environment. To top it off, there were welcoming smiles from the two young women behind the counter. We all immediately began connecting and building rapport while completing the task I had come to do. The service was speedy and pleasant.

“These five stars are for Bianca. Friday morning Nov. 3, I went to the drive thru atm before the lobby opened to deposit a check my dad had given me to pay wedding vendors (my wedding was the next day, Nov. 4). I put the check into the machine and —nothing happened. The atm made some noises and then showed a message that said my transaction was cancelled, but didn’t give me the check back. I was waiting at the door when they opened and panicking. Bianca was so calm and sweet and was able to get it handled within about 10 minutes. Ms. Bianca, you saved me from becoming a bridezilla and for this I thank you. ❤️”

“Always have a good experience with the people at my local branch and know some by name too! Wish it was easier to setup apointments when you just need about 5 minutes to talk to someone but it's the rules though so I still like my bank though”

“Everytime I've been to this bank to resolve an issue, they have been professional and courteous. Whenever I've had a card lost or stolen, they print me a new card in the bank and I have it in my hands in less than 10 mins instead of waiting for it to come in the mail and then having to wait for a separate letter with my pin in it.”
