“I've been a member of Charlotte Metro CU, now Skyla, since 1994, and have always received great customer service in any branch I've visited. Several months ago I noticed they have a branch in Kings Mountain across from the post office. I stopped by to inquire about a car loan, and there were no loan officers there that day. But the 3 tellers were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and suggested a way I could proceed with a slightly complicated car purchase. I returned a few weeks ago without an appointment and spoke with a loan officer, Meka, who was friendly and professional. Yesterday we were able to finalize my car loan paperwork and I couldn't be more pleased with the process and outcome. Everyone I interacted with at this branch has been professional and friendly, there are no long lines, and I'm glad there is a branch close to where I live so I don't have to venture into Charlotte. Thank you Meka and staff of Skyla KM.”
