The owner is a very nice guy who responded almost immediately via facebook. We love Blowing Rock and the surrounding areas! This place is absolute must to visit. Support places like this!”

“Appalachian Ski Mountain was an excellent experience for our family’s first ski trip. The SkiWee class was perfect for our beginners and Rylan was a great instructor who was personable and engaged with our little learners. From the man at the gate of the parking lot to picking up gear, lessons, and a bit of shopping, this was definitely a great experience. Thankful for this experience and highly recommend for families! And, don’t forget to tip the instructors, they are working hard in freezing conditions to provide excellent service!”
