“This is by far the best banking experience I have had. The branch manager, Alexander, helped me open an estate account as an executor, but more than that, he went above and beyond and made other aspects super easy and was very kind. He is A+. This is also the first time I've ever had a bank offer to create a debit card or print checks for me on the spot as most bank branches either can't or won't. I've banked at multiple banks in multiple cities over the years for both business and personal, including two others in Boone. This is the best so far.”

“Had to go inside the bank to get a temporary debit card it is located in Boone North Carolina and mask are required to any indoor businesses because of the increase in the delta varient due to covid everyone had a mask own which was great it didn't take long to get my card the lady who helped me was very nice and asked me if I had anymore questions so I said no and had my card in about ten minutes they also have coffee free to customers”
“We've been at this bank for years, moving after our former bank wanted to charge us standard real estate closing costs for an equity loan. First Citizens had a much, much lower administrative fee for this transaction. As we got to know the bank we found the tellers always ready to help and we were glad to see some of the same faces year after year. Recently, one of the tellers directed me to one of their financial services people, Kristin Edwards, for help getting a new resolution in place for a local buying club. She knew just what we needed to do, told us what to bring, and took care of setting it all up with a minimum of hassle, once again making me glad I use this institution.
