I see some of the reviews and I am a bit surprised with the experiences. I am not sure which tellers the reviewers were working with, but all of the ladies I have worked with have always been polite, personable, and addressed me by name when I do my banking.

I've been banking here since I was 17. They are the kindest most helpful bank and the tellers are very friendly!
