“Gotta say I was a bit cautious walking in because of pass reviews we had read but we had a great experience. We did make an appointment by mobile app a few days ago and arrived a bit before & checked in at the kiosk by the front door & just waited for our turn. They weren’t too busy during our time there. Staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and actually gave us helpful tips. We weren’t able to do everything we needed to get done there but we definitely left with good /useful tips and considered our visit here work the time.”
