When I tested it out later, I noticed that my phone was double-typing letters when I was typed on my phone keyboard. I called back, and they were able to fix this issue super fast and free of charge! “We had a frustrating problem with our account but were unable to get in touch with a person on our own. We went into the store and Kota literally spent two hours on the phone with customer service and fraud to get our problem resolved. So zero stars for Verizon as a company but 5 stars for Kota.”
