The guys working the shop downtown were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped our family find good quality and well priced mountain bikes, and explained everything for my boys and I. They even installed the bike rack onto our car in the rain- with a smile. We appreciated the employees very much and had a wonderful experience!

Someone stole my partners bike and brought it here. The staff was attentive enough to notice and we were able to resolve the situation. so thankful for their awareness.

My boyfriend and I went in this shop today, as we walked in we were not even acknowledged. There were only two employees, and not even a hello or ask if we had any questions. We did not feel welcomed at all. I never leave bad reviews, but feel as if you are African-American this is not a place you should spend your money.
