“This is lengthy, but I felt the excellent service warrented it. My experience was at MO's Boots & Outdoor Gear, 1586-f Old East King St, Boone, NC 28607. Recommended by our daughter who, probably was tired of me whining about suboptimal fits.Roland was our sales rep/ service agent. He met us at the door. I gave him the specifics of I was looking for, he pulled their on hand selections which were very good, and we got down to the try-on eliminations. I was given as much ambulation, fit time and lattitude as I needed with options and settled on 2 sets of footware. I mentioned previously that I gave Roland specifications. I am a 70yo, active, very flat footed, right above the knee amputee since 13yo, with a worn out left ankle, and using a left orthotic to the best advantage possible. I'm a tough optimal fit so the learned specifics I gave him are from years of experience. They were to help him, help me. My 2 final selections were the best fit I've had in awhile. Wore them for the rest of my time at Blowing Rock. I definitely recommend them.”
