Watsonatta Western World is a business with wonderful, caring owners and staff. The staff is great, helpful, and knowledgeable with many years of experience. They are extremely helpful and kind, spending generous time with customers and going the extra mile to ensure proper fit. The service is incomparable and they provide great customer service. They offer a huge, fantastic, and amazing selection of boots for all sizes, along with hats and all manner of western clothing, including nice, top-quality shirts. It is a great spot for kids and adults. Their prices are fair and on par with other stores. The store maintains an old-school atmosphere with strong work ethics. Be prepared that they only permit a small number of people in the store at a time and the aisles are narrow. Pictures of the boots are not permitted. However, it remains an amazing place to find boots and western wear.

Excellent staff and selection. Came in looking for an outfit for a rodeo I was invited to and the staff set me up right. Got compliments all weekend on the look, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Bought some boots from them that had a minor defect and they let me switch them out with no receipt. Great store, great selection, great people.
