“The people who work here are always friendly and you often see them at other stores jn the area. They have a food truck out there now and the chicken gizzard and all the other food is made to order. With all the changes happening on 401 this store has beat the odds and survived I'm this location. Glad they are on my daily route!”
“Going by Quality plus is my FAVORITE part of my day!!! The staff is wonderful and the store manager goes above and beyond!! Shes always smiling and makes sure I get my perk rewards and lets me know what deals are going on. I was craving pizza combos one day and saw they didn’t have any, she told me she would order some and I didn’t think much of it. Next week I came by and she remembered I had wanted them and now they sell them there! It’s hard to find places with good customer service these days, but this place continues to blow my expectations out of the water. Even the pumps are clean when I fill up! That girl needs a day off and a RAISE!! Keep up the great work Quality Plus!”
“Lillington gas prices are always high. This station is never that busy and an easy in and out. Unless it's rush hour then you might be sitting to turn left. I haven't gotten anything from the a store, just gas.”
“Best fried chicken in town. Regular or Spicy (best). Got 9 minutes to wait. The shrimp plate isn't half bad either. Also, good breakfast as well. - keep in mind that it's a gas station that has a kitchen.”

“I stop here everyday for my LM Bolds, I drive 20+ minutes and pass several stores to get here, the ladies know what I want when I pull in the parking lot, the 1 guy, not so much, but the ladies are awesome, the manager and assistant manager are the bomb, ive never had a problem with their fuel quality infrom any variety of grades. Best store ever.”

“They treated my husband fair. I sent him to inspect 2 of our vehicles. The first car he went by himself and it was surprisingly quick. He came back in less than 10mins and we stay across the street. The second we went together,took a little extra time but not to much. Still manage to get us in and out in a decent time frame. I recommend coming here until further notice, lol.”

“I was in there on October 15,2023 around 7pm the gentleman Randy that waited on me was extremely nice and very professional.He seems to know his job very well I know customer service is a must and very hard to get now days but I have to say he is absolutely one of the most professional employees I have seen at this establishment in a long time.I know lot's of business get complaints and very seldom get a compliment so keep up the good work Randy and congratulations to the manager of this store in Erwin Nc I think you have done amazing job with this employee. Great store to shop at Murphy in Erwin Nc will be shopping again. I will give it a 10 today for sure.”

“I just like the detergents they add to the gas to make your automobile run smoother, cleaner and longer. You may scoff at me but, I tested it. It is a more superior gas than many others.”
“This little hidden gem sells the best coconut milk ever!! But don't go buying it all up it's for me! Also the egg rolls beef ones are very very good and the food prices for hot food are good in these hard economic times you can get breakfast lunch or dinner for about $8”

Unfortunately because of covid the kitchen is closed until further notice, but there's still an abundance of choices for someone looking to snack on something. I'm definitely ready for the crispy fried chicken to be served once again!!”
“I really enjoy coming to see the owner of this store she is such a blessing. The food is the best I have ever had at a gas station. She even gave us some free cookies for Christmas. My favorite gas station in town ❤️”

“Most people probably wouldn't bother to leave a review of a gas station, let alone read one. The station and convenience store themselves are nothing remarkable, but what makes this location special is the people. The night cashier, Amanda, is one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met, and is such a joy to see.
After we lost our house in a fire, I had stopped at this station to buy just a couple gallons of gas, truly, with literally the last few pennies I had left to my name. Amanda showed such genuine human kindness, never once being frustrated at counting out several dollars worth of old pennies or nickels, or being impatient with the nervous, shakiness of my hands as I tried to scrape by enough gas to get to payday one last time, but showing the kind of true empathy that should be an inspiration to us all.
I wish this world had more people like Amanda in it, and I hope she is showered with a thousand blessings of kindness in the future.”

“The staff at this store are so great. Very friendly and personable. I feel like a regular in there. They know my name. As about my family and life. It’s normal clean and good food. Store clerk chelsie is super friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could being Latoyia doesn’t work there anymore. The new manager Amy is an amazing person. I also feel safe because there’s always a police officer there. That British sounding officer I’ve seen there is not to friendly thought.”
