Briana helped acquaint us with the car and the workings of the different features. That was a huge help to us. We found her knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We returned the car on Tuesday and the check in process was just as easy. We will continue our loyalty to Enterprise in the future.”

“After receiving horrendous Customer Service at Roxboro NC Enterprise, I called this Hertz office for assistance with a rental while my vehicle is in for repairs after a car accident. Ashley; the Customer Service Representative went out of her way to work with the Insurance company to arrange a proper vehicle for me. I was unable to make it to the office to make the arrangements myself so Ashley worked with the insurance company over the phone. I was contacted in less than 1/2 hr with a confirmation number. It’s really nice to have someone go above for you in a time that it seems like customer service is at an all time low!! Thank you Ashley, I appreciate you!”
