“This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had! We were fortunate enough to stumble upon them by chance via a Facebook Marketplace post. We were able to go and check out the vehicle in person several times, and they let us drive it off property so that we could have our car savvy family members check it over. They were all incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and their pricing and negotiating were more than fair. They walked us through the entire purchase process and took care of the majority of the documents and etc that needed to be filed. Unfortunately for both sides, the check engine light did pop on less than 24 hours after we got the vehicle home 😅 but they had given us a 1 month warranty, and they honored it completely. We dropped the vehicle back off and they were able to diagnose the issue and took care of all parts and labor that were required to fix it. I’m not the most mechanically inclined person, but I know that it was not an insignificant repair. I waited a bit to leave this review after the few hiccups we experienced up front, but it was genuinely just bad luck on everyone’s part that it happened the way it did. We have had zero issues with our vehicle since those repairs were made, and we fully intend to be repeat customers whenever the day comes that we need another vehicle. We loved the family friendly environment and no pressure sales tactics, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!”
