Came in for tech support,my phone was not working good.young lady fix it took her time to explain to me how to properly use it and updated

I’ve been to this location several times and have been serviced by a young man named Jerome. Give that man a raise,m. He surely delivers in the customer service arena. A Hispanic lady, mid aged, I think she was a store manager has assisting me as well. She was kind.
