“The green level store is like walking into Maceys compared to wal mart the Food Lion on N. Church street at cum park plaza is no where as clean and easy to navigate through the store as the one at Green level the store is in order you don’t have to wait 40 minutes for a register to open up and their bathrooms are spotless when your a foster parent and you got small kids that are learning to use the test rooms Green level is where it’s at I’ll go the extra mile it takes to leave the scum park plaza Food Lion to go to Green level I go every 2 weeks and spend a average of 500.00 per trip and it’s nice to see a clean store and things are where they need to be thank you Green level !!!!”
“We have always loved going to Harris Teeter. They have the best fresh produce of any grocery store, 2nd only to the Farmer's Market. Their Pharmacy is great too, they really take the time to get to know you and any allergies you may have and go out of their way to help you when you need it. I would definitely recommend people give them a chance.”
“This particular Harris Teeter is a great store, in my opinion. They have a great variety of options in most products, including plenty of organic and healthier choices. The store is clean and every employee I have ever had to deal with has been very very nice and efficient.”
“They close the east door after hours and leave the west one open but a majority of the disabled parking sports are on the east side which makes it difficult to get around. It’s also dangerous to have to cross the building with cars parked up in the lines loading and waiting.
It’s very clean and organized inside with very fresh produce. Friendly staff. The quickest to do western Union international transfers. Come early if you’re disabled or be prepared to find a spot on the west side or walk.”

“The Pupusas are mind blowing. I went because I love Mexican food but usually it's a hit or miss with food trucks but the food truck that's there has the best food. DONT sleep on this food truck. You will NOT be disappointed. I had pupusa that are cheese. Can't wait to come back and try more. BE SURE TO BRING CASH ONLY. No debit. Be sure to patronize the grocery store . “Food Lion, many years ago was known as Food Town.
It's a regional grocery store with a small town feel,yet has a wide variety of food items for everyone. Most have the usual produce and a deli/bakery. I feel that they have an excellent meat department. A caviot about the meat department... back in the early 1980's a local TV station ran a investigation about the out of date stamps being covered over with later dates. This changed their meat departments way of operations thus completely, turning around to be transparent and in terms became known as the best meat to be had. To this day,if I want a good steak; this is the first stop I make. Did I mention that most Food Lions have a chicken wing bar. Also the produce is kept on a fresh rotation. In summary; the prices are fair and the stores are clean. I would recommend Food Lion for your grocery needs.”
