“We have always loved going to Harris Teeter. They have the best fresh produce of any grocery store, 2nd only to the Farmer's Market. Their Pharmacy is great too, they really take the time to get to know you and any allergies you may have and go out of their way to help you when you need it. I would definitely recommend people give them a chance.”
“Had a small issue there that wasn't even worth complaining about and they rectified the issue to a great extent. Their prices are bit up there but I have a pretty good experience there generally and they have some good deals on wings and sushi and such things. Good stuff as far as what I've tried. Really hope they don't stop the deals because I'd like to continue going there.”
“The green level store is like walking into Maceys compared to wal mart the Food Lion on N. Church street at cum park plaza is no where as clean and easy to navigate through the store as the one at Green level the store is in order you don’t have to wait 40 minutes for a register to open up and their bathrooms are spotless when your a foster parent and you got small kids that are learning to use the test rooms Green level is where it’s at I’ll go the extra mile it takes to leave the scum park plaza Food Lion to go to Green level I go every 2 weeks and spend a average of 500.00 per trip and it’s nice to see a clean store and things are where they need to be thank you Green level !!!!”

“PICK UP SERVICE IS BAD !!!! For me at least 😳As of 8-12-2026 this Food Lion on Ramanda Road has the longest pickup service I wait so long when I was the only car there. I love the pick up service. It saves me time and money but I would recommend turning the puck up line around so we are facing the building so the customer can see the Food Lion employee coming out.”

“I was looking for corn husks to finish making Tamales and this store had them. They had them for a good price for the package size and quality. I was very surprised at all of the different varieties of groceries,produce and pastries they had. Everything was priced cheaper than I expected. I was just visiting my Son who lives near by so I am going back and shop again before I leave town.”

“The Pupusas are mind blowing. I went because I love Mexican food but usually it's a hit or miss with food trucks but the food truck that's there has the best food. DONT sleep on this food truck. You will NOT be disappointed. I had pupusa that are cheese. Can't wait to come back and try more. BE SURE TO BRING CASH ONLY. No debit. Be sure to patronize the grocery store . The store itself is really nice and the cashier was really friendly. The canned goods are really cheap. I'm working penny to penny right now so it was great! The meats are fair priced. I was shocked at how expensive the fresh produce was. I know everything is expensive right now but I was told they beat the prices of Walmart and Food Lion overall. I was genuinely excited for some fruit and veggies. I went for the canned goods instead.”
“Food Lion, many years ago was known as Food Town.
It's a regional grocery store with a small town feel,yet has a wide variety of food items for everyone. Most have the usual produce and a deli/bakery. I feel that they have an excellent meat department. A caviot about the meat department... back in the early 1980's a local TV station ran a investigation about the out of date stamps being covered over with later dates. This changed their meat departments way of operations thus completely, turning around to be transparent and in terms became known as the best meat to be had. To this day,if I want a good steak; this is the first stop I make. Did I mention that most Food Lions have a chicken wing bar. Also the produce is kept on a fresh rotation. In summary; the prices are fair and the stores are clean. I would recommend Food Lion for your grocery needs.”
