“Friendly staff and never an issue with the Stem office. Only issues were packages getting hung up at the hub and never making it to Stem. Mail is delivered on time and packages are placed in designated places. Great service.”

Bobby, if I remembered his name correctly, was super helpful when I went in to mail several postcards for my students and purchase stamps. “I failed to read these reviews prior to scheduling my passport appointment, and needless to say I was very nervous for my appointment upon reading the reviews. I scheduled a passport appointment (no photo), and things went amazing. I used a form-filler to complete my passport application online and brought it mostly filled out - I forgot to add my employer company and she just had me write it in with a black pen. Simple. I brought my original birth certificate (she specifically asked for the original), my ID (you do not need a photocopy- they make their own there), and my passport photo from Walgreens. I bought my money order there for a $2.35 fee on top of the charges to the state and it was very smooth. Please do not listen to these reviews. If you come fully prepared, you will be totally fine. She even asked me if I needed my photo taken when I did not select passport appointment with a photo online. I believe the lady that helped me today was named Melissa. Truly had a great experience and it was smooth sailing.”
“Served my purppse of dropping off my pre printed label package, however anything bigger than my small wreath in a parcel bag would not have fit in the lobby drop box. Does not have a self service kiosk to print labels or that big blue collection box to drop off boxes. East durham station. Beats the anxiety I had trying to find parking for the office near city hall.”

“I work by myself with a helper ever now and again. Being honest is a gift you give to your self and has to be earned. The customers do my advertising for me. I've slowed down some doing everything myself. That way I know It's done right. I've helped more people than I know and it's the Lord GOD ALMIGHTY AND HIS SON JESUS GETS ALL THE PRAISE.
