“We are here out of town and decided to try and refill our sons frequently out of stock medication. This CVS had it. We went to pick it up and had a hiccup with our insurance. The pharmacist offered to call our pharmacy at home to get the needed info! You don’t see many people go out of their way to help customers like that anymore! The store was clean and seem stocked. Whole encountered staff was friendly!”
“I and three of my buddies vacation and golf in north myrtle beach every year. We stay in a condo and cook most meals and this is the first time we shopped in this Kroger in a few years. The store is clean and there are ample tags for specials in most aisles . There are also many extra personnel cleaning and stocking shelves while helping shoppers find product in the store. We were disappointed in that they had no ham shanks or pork butt meat for the weekend, expected to come in on Monday, we went to food lion and they had the items. The cashier was friendly and we were able to take advantage of specials by scanning a store card while checking out. The full service cashiers also had baggers putting all items in bags and loading them up your cart.”

The store manager Paul phan, Asst manager Chris Kells and The bakery rep cary exhibited amazing customer services and urgency today. While exiting the store after paying for my catering order with balloons and my 3 year old in tow, My order of birthday cupcakes for my son fell. I immediately panicked and my heart sank. The store manager Paul immediately jumped into action and grabbed the ruined cupcakes and begin orchestrating a plan with chris and cary to restore my order. Amazing team work!! My family thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. Please know that you further solidified our reasoning of Publix always being our first choice!!! ?”
“CVS location right by the beach to grab last minute essentials. Fast access to the beach from here and great to grab things like drinks, sunblock, etc. It was pretty empty when we went but I've heard during tourist season they can get really slammed so be mindful that parking, traffic, and the other things that come with tourists can be an issue.”

“My daughter came in with the worst ear infection she has ever had and it ended up being a double ear infection. We were turned away by other health care providers for reasons beyond anyone’s control….At this CVS minute clinic the automated system told me she would not be seen until 4:30pm…it was 9:30am. With no where else to turn I took it and sat down with my crying child to wait all day for our turn. The provider working there today balanced seeing the patients that were waiting for her as well as working in my daughter and getting her in and out as fast as possible. Within 45 mins we were out on the way home to get rest. The adjoining CVS pharmacy also works so hard and fast to get her the meds she needed. They were all kind and compassionate and definitely in the right profession! God Bless them all working at this pharmacy today 12/2/23.”
