They stand by their work and every time I bring my car here they take good care of me and explain anything very thoroughly. Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and service with a smile. I called Mobicare LLC a couple of weeks ago to finish the job another mobile mechanic was suppose to do. I had to work so he showed up at my house, and replaced the starter as promised. Then I took my car on a road trip, and it started to overheat. Again John was quick to reply to my message, explained to me what he thought the issue was, came and checked out my car, and after I asked him to check something else, he didnt hesitate to do that. He has figured out what the root cause of my car over heating, and saved me a ton of money. Its hard to find any honest people these days. But John & his team are the absolute best! 100% would recommend to anyone that needs their car fixed!”

“My 2025 F-150 recently had three separate recalls. Recalls are always unnerving and an inconvenience to say it mildly. Sanders Ford made it as smooth as possible for me. Fixing the software issues right away and ordering the parts required. When the parts were available they called me to schedule an appointment which they did at my convenience. The repair went quickly and the staff were all pleasant and very helpful.”
“I wish we had found this place sooner! But after 9 years of being in Jacksonville, I’m glad we have! I trust Tina and Allen — which I think is a big deal for an automotive shop where businesses can easily take advantage of clients. I trust that they are keeping our vehicles safe for our family.
I initially reached out to Tina when the dealership in Jacksonville told me our Sienna needed over $6k in work done. I took our van to Allen’s for a second opinion, and after they looked everything over, the van only needed about $600 worth of work. “THANKS Chris and Steven and the crew at MTB Western Boulevard. I had a bad valve cover that leaked. The valve cover was hard to locate which extended my truck stay at the shop. The part arrived over a week later and the shop installed it the same day it arrived! Additionally, the oil damaged some electrical components under the hood. All the repair work was done professionally and the prices were reasonable!
I have had my vehicle back for just under a week and everything is PERFECT!!”

“Matt is the best, I had my 2000 Honda CRV towed to precision motors with a blown motor. I was hoping it would not have to go to the junk yard. I called Matt the same day it arrived Matt had the motor out and he all ready starting to fix it. he told me it will be fixed in a few days , and you know what it was . I like my CRV and I didn't want to part from it. Now it runs better than ever . I have a few more older cars now I have someone I trust to do the work on them when needed. I almost forgot Matt actually called me and ask how is the CRV running, What ! call me to see if everything is OK, WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE! Matt does.
