“Roger is a real character, but he repaired my auto body damage beautifully, finished the job on time, charged half of what other shops wanted, and didn't ask for any money until the job was complete. We operated on a handshake and his grandson Jaden acted as a taxi service getting us back and forth to his shop. Great down home honest service!”
“On Merrimon Ave I was lightly brushed by a car changing lanes while I was driving beside him in the right lane. Left me with a short scratch on the driver's door and a long scratch on the back door and rear panel with some that went thru the paint to the body. There were no dents. Took to a big body shop for a quote. It was $1900.00. A friend suggested Hail and Dent. Those guys quoted me $700 to buff
and paint like new. A second quote for less than half to buff out the scratches and touch up the deep one and buff again. I chose the the less expensive. It looks as good as new. These guys are skilled miracle workers.”
“Rickman's really helped me out!! After I locked the doors to keep them out, bears had torn the handles off all four doors, so I had to crawl in through the back. I couldn't get in without leaving a window down and the insurance shop said it would be 6 weeks and take a week. Rickman's ordered the parts, got me in the next week, and did the job in an hour. “I brought my Subaru to Silver's after being rear-ended. Insurance determined that my car was totaled so I didn't end of requiring their mechanic services; HOWEVER, April was so kind and a huge help. Upon seeing the damage to the car, she prepared me that it would very likely be an expensive repair and gave me information about probable next steps. After insurance made their determination, she advocated for me for more time to clean out my car when the scrap yard was repeatedly calling. She was a God-send at a stressful, emotional time.
