“Clint is a honest and very good mechanic. My wife had her Altima worked on and they designed it so that you can’t reach the headlights to change the bulbs from behind. . You have to take the front fascia off, where it takes twice as long. Clint still charged us the same rate as book time even though it took him twice as long. “Chambers Auto & Fab is the best! I made the mistake of taking my Jeep to another shop and when I picked it up I thought all was well. I drove the 11 miles home and parked it on Friday. The following Tuesday as I got on the interstate the jeep jerked left and the steering locked up for a second almost causing a serious accident with a tractor trailer. Fortunately I was able to force it to the shoulder after the steering came back. Burt & his crew took the time to put it on the lift and look over the work that had been done and found that the hardware on the track bars had not been torqued to spec. He also noticed that they had not greased the track bars at all. “Bit expensive at 36 bucks to patch a leak (they say this includes balancing for what it's worth), but they did get me in and out in under 30 minutes, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Honest work, no unnecessary upsell, coffee in waiting room. For all the negative reviews saying the shop didn't have time for them, I assume they showed up later in the day. If you're able to get there early, like most shops, you'll get attended to swiftly.”
