You have to take the front fascia off, where it takes twice as long. Clint still charged us the same rate as book time even though it took him twice as long. Not only was I texted back while leaving a voicemail for them on a Sunday (well outside of business hours) but the follow-ups to my inquiry were prompt and polite. I arrived at 8:30 this morning (right at opening) to more than 4 folks ready to go, already working, not bothered by how early I was or sluggish in the slightest. A particular shoutout goes to Ben, who helped me from start to finish. If you want to take an afternoon pulling a part off of a vehicle at a salvage yard and pay virtually the same price for it, be my guest. If you want courteous and quick service, and a seat while they pull the part for you, go to Speedy’s. Hands down one the best experiences I’ve had in a while.
